This return policy applies to all orders placed on the website www.viallecontainer.com.

It is established in accordance with:

• Articles L221-18 through L221-28 of the French Consumer Code

• Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights

2. Legal Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, the customer has a legal period of 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal.

The customer may exercise this right without having to provide a reason for their decision.

The period begins on the day after the product is received by the customer or by a designated third party.

3. Commercial Extension

As a commercial gesture, VIALLE ENTREPOT grants an extended return period of:

30 business days from receipt of the product.

This extension is a commercial benefit and does not affect the consumer’s legal rights.

4. Procedures for Exercising the Right to Return

To exercise their right to return, the customer must:

• send a request via email to: contact@viallecontainer.com

• provide the order number, first name, and last name

• specify the reason for the return (optional)

The customer must wait for confirmation from customer service and return instructions before shipping the item.

No returns will be processed without prior approval.

5. Conditions for Accepting Returns

The product must be returned:

• in its original condition

• without any modifications or alterations

• complete (with accessories and any included components)

• properly protected for shipping

In accordance with Article L221-23 of the French Consumer Code, the customer may be held liable for any depreciation of the item resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to verify its nature, characteristics, and proper functioning.

Any reduction in value will be proportional, justified, and communicated to the customer.

6. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, except in the following cases:

• shipping error attributable to the company

• defective product

• product that does not match the order

In these situations, return shipping costs are fully covered by VIALLE ENTREPOT.

7. Products Excluded from the Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, certain products may be excluded from the right of withdrawal, including:

• Customized products

• Products manufactured or modified according to the customer’s specifications

These exclusions are clearly indicated before the order is confirmed.

8. Proof of shipment

The customer must retain all proof of shipment (tracking number, carrier receipt) until receipt is confirmed by our services.

In the absence of such proof, the company cannot be held liable in the event of loss of the package.

9. Refund

In the event of a valid exercise of the right of withdrawal:

• the refund will be issued within a maximum of 14 calendar days

• this period begins upon receipt of the returned product or proof of shipment

The refund will be issued via the same payment method used for the order (credit card or bank transfer), unless the customer expressly agrees otherwise.

In accordance with Article L221-24 of the French Consumer Code, the initial standard shipping costs will also be refunded.
